Installation and use

For installation the tracks are riveted to the roof, which requires drilling. Base kit and legs are fastened to the tracks and carry the crossbars. The manufacturer quotes a fitting time of around 2 hours. The square profile suits holders for ladders and cargo and many roof tent mounts. Clam shell roof top tents require three crossbars. The vehicle manufacturer's permitted roof load always applies. Please check vehicle, model and year before ordering.
