Installation and use

The RL legs clamp into the rain gutter; VA-FK1 fit kits connect legs and bars. Keep the legs parallel and the bar overhang equal on both sides. Take the bars off before an automatic car wash. The manufacturer gives no separate load rating: the weight of the bars counts towards the roof load, and a safety factor of 1.5 applies off-road. The vehicle manufacturer's permitted roof load always applies. Please check vehicle, model and year of manufacture before ordering.
